General terms apply to all templates sold, irrespective of type. These are in addition to the conditional template-specific terms found below.
All templates sold at PriceTapestryTemplates.com are designed only for use with Price Tapestry. Please do not buy our templates if you do not have a valid Price Tapestry licence or if you are not running Price Tapestry on any of your websites.
A payment via PayPal or Google Checkout does not constitue acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order
if we feel it neccesary to do so. Reasons include, but are not limited to, suspicion of fraud, falsified payments and partial payment.
Template support is offered via email, live chat and via the forum. Please direct template questions to this website and script questions to the Price Tapestry forum.
You may use our templates on as many sites YOU own once you have paid for a
licence. Licences are non-transferable. You may not redistribute any of our templates. If you sell any of your
websites that run our templates, the new owner must not be given the template
files unless he or she purchases a new licence from us.
You are free to modify the template in any way you wish so long as it does
not breach these terms and conditions, nor the terms and conditions of the Price
Tapestry software.
Installation instructions are provided on our website and in every download.
Installation is very simple.
We only recommend installing our templates onto a fresh installation of Price
Tapestry as some of our files may overwrite changes you have made to Price
Tapestry. Always make a backup before installing any third party templates or
modifications.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by installation
or use of our templates. Whilst they are fully tested and work for us, a minor
proportion of users may experience some problems.
Refunds can only be granted up to 15 days after the transaction took place. After this time, refunds are not issued. Refunds are only granted if you have given us
every opportunity to rectify any issues you may have. We only offer refunds if the template does not perform as described on our website.
Refunds are at our discretion.

Premade Templates
A "premade template" is a ready made template available for sale via Price Tapestry Templates
All premade templates sold at PriceTapestryTemplates.com are copyright to DBFCS. By purchasing a template, you are purchasing a licence to use it.
You are not purchasing sole rights or copyright or ownership of it. Copyright will remain with DBFCS.
Premade templates can be downloaded from our website once payment has been approved
by DBFCS. We manually check all orders to make sure no fraudulent details have
been used. If in doubt, we will refund the transaction and cancel the order.
It can take up to 48 hours to approve payment of an order. If after this time you have not received you
download link, please contact us.
Your download link will stay active for 7 days after your order is authorised. You can
download the template up to 5 times in this 7 day period. We recommend you
download one copy and archive it on your computer in case you need a fresh copy
of our template after 7 days.
Personalised Templates
A "Personalised template" is a premade template that requires an ammendment by us before it is emailed to you.
All Personalised templates sold at PriceTapestryTemplates.com are copyright to DBFCS. By purchasing a template, you are purchasing a licence to use it.
You are not purchasing sole rights or copyright or ownership of it. Copyright will remain with DBFCS.
Only agreed ammendments will be made. If you subsequently require further ammendments, an additional charge may apply.
You will receive the default files for the template purchased as per terms 4 & 5 of Premade Templates
The requested changes will be made within 5 working days and will be emailed to you.
By paying for an order, you agree that the design changes you are requesting are not copyrighted to anyone else other than yourself,
and that DBFCS or any of it's employees will not be held liable for any legal action that arises between you and third parties with regards to
breaches of copyright.
Due to the nature of the work being completed, we cannot issue refunds on customised work.
SiteMatch Templates
A "SiteMatch template" is a template designed specifically for you to match a current, non-Price Tapestry based design.
By paying for an order, you agree that the design you are requesting is not copyrighted to anyone else other than yourself,
and that DBFCS or any of it's employees will not be held liable for any legal action that arises between you and third parties with regards to
breaches of copyright.
We can design customised templates upon request. The way this works is:
You pay our asking price, supplying the URL of the design to be replicated in Price Tapestry format
We will upload it to a private website where you can see the result.
When you are happy with the result, or we deem to have met your requirements, we will email you a ZIP file to
install the template onto your website.
Full copyright of "SiteMatch templates" will be passed to you upon completion. We will not resell your template in full whatsoever. DBFCS reserves the right to use elements of your template in other templates.
Once we have emailed you the template, we reserve the right not to make any
further changes free of charge. We will endeavour to process small minor changes
but may have to impose an additional fee for larger changes.
Due to the nature of the work being completed, we cannot issue refunds on
customised work.
FTP Terms and Conditions:
If you request us to install your template for you, we will need the
following data from you:
Your FTP address (normally a variation of ftp.my-website-address.com)
Your FTP username
Your FTP password
We will request you enter this data on our website. This data is then stored
in a database until we have finished with it. Please note that this data is not
encrypted and you send it at your own risk.
We will advise you when the work is completed, at which point we dispose of
your data and we recommend you change your FTP password. Your web host will be
able to help with this.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your website or web
host whilst we have your login credentials. You accept that if you request
installation of a template, you send your data at your own risk.
We will never distribute your FTP login credentials to any third parties. We
solely use it for installation of a template. Once we have installed a template,
we dispose of your data. Should you require us to do any further work, we will
need to request the login information again.
As a security measure, you should never give anyone (other than your website
developer or in this case, us) your FTP login credentials. If you do, once the
work is completed, you should change the FTP password immediately to prevent any
unauthorised access.
