i purchased a template yesterday but still havent recieved anything?

ive sent an email but still nothing. can anyone let me know if the service is still available as i am in desprate need to get my site done.

Reminder to clients:

Most orders are processed between the hours of 9am and 5pm British time Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Occasionally I am online at random times of the day - I always check to see if there are outstanding orders when I do this.

At the moment, the live average 5 hours and 28 minutes. There are some orders that are processed within minutes and others within 24 hours.

Due to a minority of fraudulent customers, I have had to use a manual system for order checking. A couple of transactions have proved to be fraudulent and due to the manual checks, these cheats did not receive a template.

Perhaps one day I can switch to a more automated system - I know I would love that and so would my clients. Before I can do this, I need to develop a secure system that can verify transactions automatically.

If any clients have any suggestions or comments about the order system (and any improvements that can be made), please contact me via this forum or via the contact page.

on the template i bought im looking to add a menu on the left. is this possible

It's feasible but would involve a few file changes. The only problem you would encounter is that because the template is narrow (less than 800px wide), the main content area would be squashed.

would there be a charge? or if you can tell me what files i need to edit i can add the menu myself

Apologies for the delay in replying - I didn't see your message until just now

You would need to add a DIV underneath the main DIV, then using CSS float the new one one way and the main one the other.

You may also have to alter the dimensions of the featured items and tables as these would now have a smaller width to expand across.

As I said before, the problem with this is that the menu or the main body would appear squashed. It's feasible but given the width, it wouldn't look great.
