Installing AdSense Into Our Templates
In any template you download from us, you will find adsense.php tucked away in the html folder. This allows you to place Google AdSense code onto every page on your Price Tapestry website.
Step One
If you haven't done already, sign up for Google AdSense.
Step Two
Log into your AdSense account and create a new ad.
Step Three
Copy your AdSense code into adsense.php. Save it and upload it to the html folder within your Price Tapestry installation on your web server.
Tips
- All templates are designed to comfortably accommodate a 728 x 90 banner.
- Select the "Display text and image ads" option to maximise your earning opportunities. That way, sometimes a banner will be displayed and other times, text will be displayed.
- Create the ad where all the text except the heading is in black. Make sure the heading is the same colour as your links. So, if the text links on this website were red, our ad setup would look like this:
